?Rack or No Rack Straps?set each strap package has 3 pockets: A, B and C. For vehicles with or without a rack. Pocket A and B are for vehicles with a Rack. Pocket B and C for vehicles without a Rack.

?Easy to Install? to attach to Side rails or Crossbars pass the buckle of one strap from pocket A under rail or bar and through the loop on the other end of the strap and tighten. (Repeat for other strap). For vehicles without a rack, slide strap on pocket B through the 2 strap guides on top of the bag, from left -to-right. Open the front doors of the car, run the strap C across the interior, and connect buckles to the strap B until they click. Repeat for other strap. Adjust length.

?Heavy Duty? Set of 2 straps, 1.5 inches wide, seat-belt style. They are soft, flexible and easy to work with, and have been specially treated to be water-repellent while retaining their softness. Straps with 4 side-release buckles (2 on each strap) allow easy connect-disconnect and quick access to the contents of the car top carrier. Finger loops at the ends make it easy to tighten the straps.
